Build Directory

Swim manages a build directory named build colocated with swim.toml. The generated SystemVerilog is placed in build/spade.sv. The rest of the build directory contains intermediate files used by Swim, with one exception: build/thirdparty. Swim will never modify this directory or its contents, so external tools can create arbitrary files under it.
